Shipping policy
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your destination and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days (Free on orders $49+)
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (Flat $5 fee)
International Shipping: We currently ship to select international locations. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times vary by destination. Please note that customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your shipment’s progress in real time.
Shipping Restrictions:
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Due to international regulations, we may be unable to ship Retinol Face Cream to certain countries.
Damaged or Lost Packages: If your package arrives damaged or fails to arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team at aurenebeautycare@gmail.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
